Returns Policy

Readymade

Returns are permitted on items that are incorrect or faulty, or not fit for purpose, with a full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing for a full refund. Orders may not be cancelled after they have been posted.

 

Pre-orders

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchasing for a full refund. Orders cancelled after this time will be subject to a restocking fee of $5 per item.

Timing

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Personalised items such as name tags cannot be returned unless they're faulty or an error has occurred such as a spelling error (although this is a rarity).

Shipping

We charge a flat rate of shipping, $7.95 to anywhere in Australia, $17 to New Zealand. We do not ship internationally except New Zealand.

We endeavour to post items within 1 - 4 business days except for pre-orders where expected delivery is on the listing description.

Custom orders such as name tags take 1 - 3 weeks.
