These Bamboo Microfibre Inserts are a  5 layer elasticated bamboo, microfibre. These are absorbent lay in inserts. They have elasticated sides to act as gussets to contain the nappy contents and avoid poonami's. These Bamboo Microfibre Insert fit beautifully with the Monti & Co OSFM nappies
